Lead, Supported Living Team (Adults with Learning Disabilities)

Carlisle Mencap is seeking a Team Leader - Supported Living to provide leadership and day-to-day supervision within the support worker team, acting as a positive role model and enabling adults with a learning disability to express their voices in decision making.

You will work within person-centred plans, monitor quality and safety, develop personalised support, and collaborate with families, carers and professionals to deliver a high-quality service in Cumbria.
