Lead Supported Living Manager - Impactful Care Leader

New Way Recruitment LTD is seeking an experienced Registered Supported Living Manager to lead a high-quality, person-centred service in Ellesmere Port. You will oversee a dedicated team to empower adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs to live fulfilling, independent lives.

You will ensure CQC compliance, embed PBS and least restrictive practices, manage budgets, recruitment and development, and build strong partnerships with families and external agencies.
