Lead Submarine Planner: Drive Critical Schedules & EVM

Rolls-Royce plc in Derby is seeking a Lead Planner to manage schedules for the Submarines programme. You will maintain CAS baselines, develop PBS/WBS/SOW/BOE, and act as SME for planning methodologies across the delivery team.

The role requires strong forecast and EV reporting, close collaboration with stakeholders, and commitment to security clearance requirements. On-site at Raynesway, 5 days a week. Experience with Primavera P6 is essential.
