Lead Sous Chef: Mediterranean Kitchen, Open-Plan

Collins King & Associates seeks a Senior Sous Chef to lead a busy kitchen in a renowned Central London restaurant and rooftop terrace. The role offers up to £55,000 per annum, 45-48 hours per week across shifts, in a high-profile setting.

You will manage a 15-strong kitchen team, oversee services for up to 200 covers, and assist the Head Chef with ordering, stock control, and the recruitment and development of junior chefs. The kitchen prides itself on in-house production, including fresh pasta.
