Lead Sous Chef - Menu Vision & 5 Kitchen Leadership

Castlemartyr Resort is seeking a Sous Chef for the Canopy Restaurant in Castlemartyr. You will assist the Executive Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, lead and develop the team, and foster relationships with suppliers while planning the menu.

The role requires at least 2 years in a similar role, experience managing a team, and prior work at a 5-star level. The position is full-time with weekend and evening shifts, based in Ireland.
