Lead Sous Chef - High-Volume Events (Cheltenham)

The Cheltenham Trust is seeking an ambitious Sous Chef to join our Food & Beverage team in Cheltenham. This role supports the Head Chef across venues, delivering high-quality food experiences in busy cafés, visitor catering, weddings, banquets and large events.

You will lead the kitchen team, maintain standards, develop menus, manage stock and ensure food safety compliance, with a rolling rota including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
