Lead Sous Chef - High-Volume Defence Catering

ESS - Defence, Energy and Government Services is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to lead our catering operation at Kendrew Barracks, Cottesmore. The role involves hands-on kitchen leadership, daily meal preparation and a focus on quality in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage a small team, drive food safety and hygiene standards, and work to budgeted targets while delivering nutritious meals for service personnel. This is a full-time position with a 37.5-hour week and a £30,360 pa salary.
