Lead Sous Chef - High-Volume Catering & Team Leader

Compass Group UK&I's ESS division is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to lead our catering operation. You'll be hands-on, mentor a dedicated team, and deliver nutritious meals for Service Personnel in a fast-paced, structured environment.

You'll oversee daily feeding and functions, manage stock and budgets, ensure food safety compliance, and maintain high presentation and service standards. A strong kitchen leader with excellent organisational and communication skills is ideal.
