Lead Sous Chef - Fresh Seasonal Kitchen & Growth Path

Oban Brasserie is seeking a talented Sous Chef to join the team at Perle Oban Hotel in Oban. You will work closely with the Head Chef to lead a busy kitchen, driving standards and delivering consistently high-quality dishes using seasonal Scottish produce.
