Mitchells & Butlers' Vintage Inns at Crow & Gate is seeking a passionate Sous Chef who loves great food, trains great people and leads the kitchen when the Head Chef is away. You'll run a section and ensure your team works together to deliver consistently high-quality dishes in a welcoming pub setting.

You'll train and inspire the team, assist with food ordering and stock control, and ensure compliance with health and hygiene standards while developing your skills and career with opportunities
