The Duke - Kilmarnock is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to enhance our dynamic kitchen team. This hands on role involves supporting the Head Chef in maintaining high standards of food quality and kitchen performance.

Candidates should have experience in fast paced environments and strong leadership skills, ready to mentor and develop kitchen staff. We offer a competitive salary from £32,000 to £33,500 per annum, along with excellent tronc and additional perks.
