Lead Solution Analyst

TheLead AIBusinessAnalystwill be a key member of theArtificial Intelligenceteamand will play an integral role indesigning and delivering AI-enabled systems and processes within the Citco Group. Thebusinessanalyst will work with theprocess ownersand business unit representatives tooptimizeand digitize operational processesin order todeliverbottom-line results for Citco.

About the Artificial Intelligence Team:

The Artificial Intelligence teamis multi-disciplinary team charged with identifying, building and deploying operational AI-enabled solutionsleveraging a suite of emerging technologies, such as Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, Large Language Models,generative models, and multi-agent systems.

Responsibilities

Job Duties

• Act as a bridge between business, technical, and operations teams, ensuring alignment on AI initiatives and delivery outcomes.
• Elicit, analyze, refine, and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution documentation.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for AI solutions, including GenAI and Agentic AI use cases (LLMs, agents, tool usage).
• Conduct value-based assessments to identify and prioritize business processes suitable for AI and automation.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions with business SMEs and technical teams to define problems, brainstorm solutions, and assess feasibility.
• Create and review solution design documentation, clearly articulating as-is and to-be states.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and low-fidelity prototypes to visualize requirements and application workflows.
• Collaborate with developers and data teams to validate outputs, evaluation approaches, and business impact.
• Own and manage the product backlog in Jira, including prioritization, grooming, and maintenance.
• Participate in and/or lead Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, retrospectives), acting as Scrum Master when required.
• Track delivery progress and ensure adherence to Agile methodologies across the project lifecycle.
• Manage and contribute across full project lifecycle phases: scoping, analysis, solution design, development support, testing, and implementation.
• Support solution rollout and change management, working with Process Owners and Business Leads to drive adoption.
• Document and communicate business outcomes, value realization, and efficiency gains from implemented solutions.
• Establish and maintain best practices, SOPs, templates, and governance frameworks for AI and automation initiatives.
• Support release cycles and testing activities, including occasional off-hours or weekend validations where required.
• Strong understanding of GenAI and Agentic AI concepts (LLMs, agents, tool usage, evaluation).
• Hands on experience with Agile frameworks and Scrum Master practices.
• Advanced proficiency in Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, and tracking.
• Ability to translate between business and technical language effectively, acting as a bridge across stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Proven analytical thinking and problem solving capabilities.
• High level of attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Strong quality and risk management mindset when delivering solutions.

Qualifications

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• You are a natural translator between business and technology teams, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas.
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and strong stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Proven ability to work independently while thriving in cross functional, Agile environments.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders to define, refine, and deliver clearly articulated requirements.
• Strong understanding of Business Process Management, Machine Learning, automation, and AI driven transformation.
• Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands on delivery, including testing and implementation support.
• Experience creating and executing test plans across Dev, QA, and UAT environments.
• Skilled in preparing and maintaining technical and user documentation.
• Ability to define, evaluate, and monitor key business metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to adapt in fast paced, evolving environments.

Preferred / Assets

• Advanced MS Excel skills, including VBA/macros.
• Familiarity with Visio, Draw.io, or similar diagramming tools.
• Knowledge of database systems (SQL/NoSQL).
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Understanding of Agile project management practices.
• Business Analyst and/or Scrum Master certifications.
• Exposure to financial products and Fund Administration.
