Lead Social Care Team - Housing & Youth Support

Crosscare's Haven House is seeking a Social Care Team Leader to guide the Haven House team, ensuring quality case management from referrals through to disengagement. The role includes safeguarding responsibilities, liaison with external services, and advocacy for residents to access housing and welfare supports.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years in social care, a relevant BA, and experience supervising staff, with knowledge of Child Protection and Pathways Model.
