Lead Site Manager - Refurbishment & Compliance

Axis CLC is seeking a proactive Site Manager to lead refurbishment and renewal projects across housing and Public Sector estates. You will ensure site safety, quality and timely delivery, coordinating internal teams, subcontractors and client representatives in a live environment.

You will oversee RAMS, safety inductions and quality checks, while driving cost control and schedule performance. A full UK driving licence and SC/BPSS readiness are essential.
