Lead Site Manager - New Builds & Refurbs (Lincoln)

TSR Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a leading tier 2 regional contractor located in Lincoln. This permanent role requires extensive new build and refurbishment experience, managing projects valued up to £5m.

The Site Manager will oversee quality monitoring, enforce health and safety standards, and manage subcontractors. In return, the company offers a competitive salary of £45k - £50k along with a vehicle or allowance, and excellent employee benefits.
