Lead Site Manager - Large-Scale Residential Build

Fawkes and Reece are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager for a major residential development in West Sussex. You will own day-to-day delivery, coordinating several trades and ensuring NHBC standards, quality, and programme are met from early works through to handover.

You should bring a background in PLC or large-volume housebuilding, strong leadership, and a proactive approach to safety and site presentation. A long-term project with significant future phases awaits.
