Lead Shift Technician - M&E, BMS & Fault Finding

BGIS in the United Kingdom is seeking a shift supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of a site, carrying out PPM and reactive works on critical building systems. The role requires knowledge of Air conditioning, UPS, Generators and LV systems, with fault finding using alarm data and graphical information.

Your responsibilities include ensuring routine PPMs, coordinating sub-contractors, managing permit to work, and maintaining accurate records in Maximo and CAFM systems.
