Lead SENDCo: Champion Inclusive Education & Outcomes

The Learning for Life Education Trust is seeking an outstanding SENDCo for a school in Higham Ferrers ahead of an January 2027 start. You will lead SEND provision, coach staff, and collaborate with families and external professionals to drive inclusive practice across the school and ensure strong pupil progress.

With a 2-day classroom teaching commitment, you will stay connected to practice while shaping high-quality provision, monitoring outcomes, and reporting to senior leaders and governors.
