Lead School Age Care Deputy Manager

Respond is seeking a School Age Care Deputy Manager in Kilkenny to deputise for the Service Manager and lead the childcare team. You will deliver a high-quality play-based curriculum under the Síolta/Aistear frameworks, while supervising staff and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for children and families.

You will support parental involvement, manage observations, and help develop resources to reflect children's interests. This role is permanent, part-time, and located in Kilkenny.
