Lead RN - Dementia & Relationship-Centered Care

Athena Care Homes is seeking a Registered Nurse for Ashlynn Grange Care Home in Peterborough. You will deliver high-quality clinical care, lead a nursing team and ensure care plans reflect residents' needs. The role supports dementia and relationship-centered care within a cared-for community.

Salary is £22.71 per hour with up to 45 hours per week on a 12-hour shift rota, including weekend coverage. Full induction, DBS/NMC renewals paid, and holiday entitlement are included.
