Lead Residential Site Manager High-Volume House Builds

Bellway plc is recruiting a Site Manager for a residential development in Oldham. You will oversee the day-to-day site operations, lead safety procedures, and drive quality and productivity to meet NHBC and planning requirements.

You will manage teams, deliver toolbox talks, and ensure accurate reporting and site records. The role requires CSCS/S MSMTS First Aid and relevant construction management qualifications, with site mobility and a strong commitment to inclusion.
