Job Description
Sigmar Recruitment represents a leading Tier 1 building contractor seeking a Construction Project Manager for a flagship North Dublin residential development. You will take responsibility for delivery, safety, programme, and quality across a large site with up to 100 personnel.
Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will manage programmes, budgets, stakeholders, and procurement, ensuring milestones are met and value is captured.
