Job Description

CPL Healthcare is seeking an experienced Person in Charge to lead residential services for individuals with disabilities in Swinford, Co Mayo, ensuring high-quality care and full HIQA compliance.

The role requires 3+ years of social care management, a Level 7+ qualification in Social Care (or similar), a Level 6 Management qualification, residential services experience, HIQA knowledge, and a full driver's licence; autism experience is a plus.
