Lead Registered Nurse - Care Home & Team Lead

A healthcare provider in Chipping Barnet is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality care at the Barnet Grange Care Home. The successful applicant will supervise the care team, perform clinical tasks, and maintain communication with families and GPs regarding changes in resident conditions.
