Lead Ready-Mix Plant Supervisor

Tarmac Trading Limited is seeking a hands-on Plant Supervisor - Readymix for the Washwood Heath Concrete Plant near Birmingham. You will lead day-to-day RMX operations, safety, people leadership and cost control on a small Readymix plant.

This on-site role values visible leadership, problem solving and continuous improvement. Training will be provided for product-specific processes, and you'll be accountable for delivering safe, high-quality concrete to customers.
