Job Description
Octavius Infrastructure Ltd. is seeking a Managing Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial delivery of major rail projects across Network Rail's CP7 framework in the North West & Central region.
You will manage cost planning, forecasting, CVR reporting and commercial strategy, while leading procurement and engaging with the supply chain; mentoring 1-2 direct reports and building strong client relationships across site and office locations.
