Lead Quant Trader - Crypto HFT & Market-Neutral (HK/SG Onsite)

Plexus Resource Solutions Ltd is seeking a Senior Quant Trader Team Lead to build and lead a new crypto-focused trading team. The role is onsite in HK or Singapore with a highly competitive base salary plus PnL split.

The candidate should have Tier 1 quant firm experience, leadership background, and a track record of managing at least $5M in AUM. Strategy-agnostic expertise across HFT, MFT, LFT, directional, market-neutral, including on-chain strategies, is preferred.
