Lead Project Manager - Luxury Residential Builds

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Project Manager to oversee high-end residential developments in the South of England. You will manage projects from inception through to completion, lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure programmes, quality standards and health and safety requirements are achieved.

The ideal candidate will have extensive construction PM experience, strong leadership skills, and a track record of delivering large-scale projects while maintaining
