Job Description
Dale Farm is seeking a Production Shift Manager for the Dromona Creamery site. You will join the onsite Management Team, overseeing Milk Processing and Services, delivering safe, efficient production and leading a multi-skilled workforce.
The role requires a 3rd level qualification plus 2 years in a similar role (or 3 years in FMCG/Pharma), proven leadership, and a track record in Lean improvements. The shift pattern is 4 on/4 off across 7 days.
