Lead Product Manager, Pay Later Risk & Credit (Equity)

Cleo is building the world's first AI financial assistant. We're hiring a hands-on Lead Product Manager to drive the Pay Later risk decisioning roadmap, building risk models, credit limits and policies that decide who qualifies for Pay Later and how much credit they get, leading a cross-functional squad across Engineering, ML and Risk.

You'll collaborate with data teams and external partners, balancing growth with responsible lending and regulatory considerations across markets.
