Lead Product Manager

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to join us at INSHUR and own our Global Platform. We're based in Brighton and embrace a hybrid working model, allowing you to thrive in both collaborative office settings and remote work. You'll have the opportunity to work remotely while connecting with colleagues at our Brighton office at least 2-4 times a month, fostering a dynamic and supportive environment. You'll be working on re-inventing insurance across markets including the UK, US, and the Netherlands, with plans to expand into new European countries. Supported by and reporting to the Principal Product Manager, you'll join a friendly team focused on building and evolving foundational systems that power global products, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and fit for long-term growth across all markets.
