Lead Product Engineer

Up to £60,000 + 9-day working fortnight!

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Product Engineer based in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, to join a leading engineering company specializing in electronic systems for aerospace and defence applications.

Main Responsibilities

1. Lead microelectronic product portfolios for both New Product Introduction (NPI) and Legacy product lines.
2. Collaborate with customers on product requirements.
3. Manage change requests, documentation, and component obsolescence.
4. Work according to aerospace/defence standards, ideally within a microelectronic product line.
5. Possess packaging experience with customer designs and an understanding of mechanical CAD principles.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience in aerospace/defence standards and microelectronic product management is preferred. Packaging experience and mechanical CAD knowledge are beneficial.
