Lead Private Equity M&A Counsel - In-House, London

Oliver James Associates Ltd. is seeking an (Senior) Legal Counsel for its London private equity activities. You will work closely with investment professionals on complex domestic and cross-border deals, leading legal work streams and drafting essential transaction documents.

The role targets England & Wales qualified lawyers with about 5-8 years PQE in Corporate M&A or Private Equity, offering substantial ownership from day one and exposure to high-value investments.
