Lead Pricing Actuary

One of our clients is looking for a commercially minded pricing actuary to join their team in London. This role has 3 direct reports and reports into the Head of Pricing, with exposure to the Chief Actuary and underwriters. It is a varied position that will lead portfolio and case pricing for both direct and reinsurance, while also assisting with model development. This is a business-facing role that involves close collaboration with product underwriters to support decision-making and business planning.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience, with recent focus on Lloyd's pricing, and working knowledge of specialty and/or property products. Prior management skills and a proven track record of working with underwriters are also required.

Salary is up to £140k, with a requirement to work 3 days a week in the office.
