Lead PPM and CAFM Coordinator

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a capable PPM Administration Team Lead in the UK. You will line-manage a busy PPM administration group, ensuring planned maintenance tasks are properly resourced, tracked, and completed on schedule.

You will drive backlog reduction, oversee CAFM data quality, and coordinate with field teams and subcontractors to maintain 95% SLA completion. Candidates should have administrative experience, strong IT skills, CAFM experience, and proven line-management ability.
