Scarlet Hotel in Newquay is seeking a proactive Pools & Hot Tubs Team Leader to oversee the operation and maintenance of spa pools and hot tubs. This hands on leadership role is vital for ensuring that our leisure facilities meet the highest standards of safety and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess a trade qualification, experience with pool plant systems, and excellent leadership skills. This position includes a flexible rota with weekend shifts to sustain operations during peak times.
