Scarlet Hotel in Newquay is seeking a proactive Pools & Hot Tubs Team Leader to oversee the operation and maintenance of spa pools and hot tubs. This hands-on leadership role is vital for ensuring that our leisure facilities meet the highest standards of safety and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess a trade qualification, experience with pool plant systems, and excellent leadership skills. This position includes a flexible rota with weekend shifts to sustain operations during peak times.
