Lead Plant Genomics & Variation for Crop Data

EMBL-EBI is seeking a Plant Genomics and Variation Team Leader to guide a 15-person group focused on the EVA resource and crop/invertebrate genomics. You will coordinate with Ensembl leaders and EMBL-EBI colleagues to enable end-to-end data flows for high-impact genomic resources.

You will engage external collaborators, apply community standards, and shape EMBL's strategy while driving grant-funded initiatives and scientific publications.
