Lead Plant Area Manager - Horticulture

British Garden Centres in Enfield is seeking a Plant Area Manager-Horticultural to oversee the plant department in a large garden centre group. This role is full-time, permanent, 39 hours per week, including weekends, and requires hands-on leadership.

You should have experience in plant management or a strong horticultural background, excellent product knowledge, great customer service, and the ability to motivate staff. Forklift licence is an advantage.
