Our client is a social housing maintenance contractor who are looking for a lead planner to come and look after a team of planner/schedulers

The role of the Lead planner is to monitor the planning team and resolve all raised complaints.

Responsibilities

• ?Monitoring a team of planners
• Making sure all targets are met
• Produce weekly reports
• Monitoring and reporting KPI's
• Overseeing the job scheduling
• Raise purchase orders
• Dealing with complaints
• Supervising all work completed

Qualifications

The successful candidate must have experience within social housing , managing a team of planners and be within this environment.
