As a Lead senior Physiotherapist with 3+ years of experience in UK private practice, you will guide our clinic with a commitment to quality care, team development, and strategic growth. You'll play a pivotal role in supporting our brand values, championing our circle of care model, and expanding our referral network. This role is ideal for a driven physiotherapist looking to lead, inspire, and grow both personally and professionally within our multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities- Client Assessment & Treatment: Conduct thorough musculoskeletal assessments, creating and implementing individualized treatment plans while educating clients on recovery, injury prevention, and future wellness.
- Growth Capacity: Drive clinic growth through outstanding client care and a proactive approach to expanding the referral network. Aim to contribute 40% of referrals to allied services, building a strong pipeline of client centered support options.
- Circle of Care Champion: Lead the implementation of the circle of care model, ensuring clients receive comprehensive, integrated treatment plans, including referrals to pelvic health physiotherapy, clinical exercise, Pilates, personal training, and massage therapy.
- Brand Ambassador: Uphold our core values in every interaction with clients, colleagues and external stakeholders setting a consistent example of our brand standards in practice.
- Mentorship & Team Integration: Support and mentor team members, particularly those onboarding at the Lead level. Assist them in adapting to our brand culture, clinic procedures, and multidisciplinary approach. Lead team meetings, organize CPD events, and foster a continuous learning environment by maintaining a portfolio of best practices.
- Peer Shadowing & Team Development: Engage in peer shadowing twice a year, actively contributing to shared learning and best practices. Be available to be shadowed by other physiotherapists to promote knowledge sharing and team skill building.
- Stakeholder Communication: Proactively engage with both internal team members and external partners to ensure smooth coordination, clear communication, and a consistent level of care excellence.
- Networking & External Outreach: Actively build and maintain professional connections by attending industry events and expanding the clinic's outreach to consultants and healthcare networks.
- Documentation & Quality Assurance: Oversee clinical documentation, reviewing and auditing records to ensure high standards of accuracy, quality, and care.
- Medical Liaison: Coordinate with surgeons, doctors, and other healthcare professionals on client progress, integrating feedback into ongoing treatment plans to ensure a collaborative approach.
- BSc or equivalent in Physiotherapy is essential.
- A postgraduate qualification in physiotherapy is preferred.
- Clinic Experience: Proven experience in a private practice setting.
- Local Network: Strong connections within the London healthcare community, particularly with orthopedic professionals, is an advantage.
- Interest in Pilates is desirable.
