Lead Pensions Administrator - Defined Benefit

Spence in Glasgow is seeking a Principal Pensions Administrator to lead complex Defined Benefit schemes with precision, compliance, and exceptional client service. You will act as the main contact for trustees and advisers, oversee and authorise complex cases, and mentor colleagues across the team.

You'll attend trustee meetings, present reports, and steer major projects such as GMP equalisation, buy-ins and buyouts while supporting business development through trusted client relationships.
