Juice Hospitality Ltd in the Scottish Highlands is seeking a talented Pastry Chef to lead the pastry section of a luxury venue. You will create and deliver premium desserts, breads, and afternoon tea items, balancing creativity with precision in a quality-driven kitchen.

As Head of pastry, you will design seasonal menus, manage daily production, stock, waste, and uphold stringent hygiene standards, working closely with the Head Chef and brigade to maintain exceptional presentation and service.
