Lead Pastoral Officer & PRICE Instructor - School Wellbeing

Oak Grove College in Worthing is recruiting a Lead Pastoral Officer to support students and colleagues with holistic care. You will coordinate pastoral services, chair meetings, and drive PRICE training across the college and new satellite site.

The role requires strong relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies, plus capability to manage a duty roster and lead a team to promote safe, positive behaviour.
