Senior Sous Chef - New Opening in Marylebone

Cup of Joy is opening its first London location at 28 Blandford Street, Marylebone, in mid-June.

Originally from Istanbul, Cup of Joy has 8 successful locations and is now bringing its speciality coffee and fresh daytime food concept to London.

We are looking for a Senior Sous Chef to join our opening team and lead a simple, fresh menu including breakfast, bakery items, healthy salads, bowls, and light brunch dishes.

The role will involve daily prep, service, stock control, ordering, kitchen organisation, food safety, and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.

Start Date

End of May / early June

Opening Hours

• Weekdays: 07:00-18:00
• Weekends: 08:00-17:00

Salary

£40,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience
