Lead Nursery Room Leader - Inspiring Childcare & Curriculum

Dovedale Nursery in Chelmsford is seeking a Level Three Nursery Room Leader to manage a small team and ensure the room meets Ofsted standards while delivering rich, engaging activities for children aged 1 to 11.

You will lead daily operations, maintain health and safety, plan stimulating activities, build strong relationships with parents and staff, and contribute to a warm, fun learning environment with opportunities for further training.
