We are now looking for an experienced and passionate Lead Nurse to join our dedicated multidisciplinary team in the Brighton & Hove Recovery Service.

About the Role

As one of our Lead Nurses, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-quality clinical care across our Brighton & Hove Recovery Service. You'll jointly lead a team of skilled nurses and health professionals, ensuring our approach is safe, evidence-based, compassionate and consistently improving.

Every day will bring opportunities to support people in their recovery journey - empowering them to achieve meaningful, lasting change.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing clinical and managerial supervision to the nursing team

• Leading the delivery of clinical, health and wellbeing interventions

• Driving clinical quality and best practice through audit, learning and reflection

• Supporting staff development and contributing to service improvement

• Working collaboratively across hubs, community locations and partner organisations
