Lead ML Scientist - Search & Personalization

Monzo is seeking a Lead Machine Learning Scientist to drive the development and deployment of models that enhance how customers search for financial products. You will collaborate across Backend, Product, ML Scientists and Data Scientists to deliver proactive, data-informed solutions that improve user outcomes.

You will own end-to-end ML initiatives, balancing speed and robustness, and you'll translate business problems into scalable ML solutions that integrate with our data-driven product
