Lead Microbiology Lab Supervisor - Rotating Days/Evenings

Cava is seeking a Microbiology Laboratory Supervisor to lead a rotating Day & Evening shift within a regulated manufacturing environment. You will manage a team of microbiology technicians, oversee batch release testing, and drive GMP/QA compliance while promoting continuous improvement and audit readiness.

Requirements include a degree in Microbiology or General Science and 18-24 months of people management experience in a microbiology lab; LIMS experience is preferred.
