Lead Merchandiser - Children's Nightwear & Swim

John Lewis Partnership in London Pimlico seeks a seasoned Merchandiser to lead the Children's Nightwear, Swim and Accessories category, driving range planning, sales, stock and margin. You will manage Merchandising Assistants and work with Buyers and cross-functional teams to deliver market-leading assortments.

You will report to the Merchandising Manager and play a key role in in-season trading and supplier relationships, ensuring strong customer satisfaction and robust stock management.
